What is Fathom MYOB integration?
With Fathom, you’ll get access to relevant insights and help clients with management reporting and cash flow forecasting and be an integral part of their business success.

To import a MYOB company into Fathom, log into your Fathom account or start a subscription and go to the ‘My Companies’ page.
How do I set up the integration between MYOB and Fathom?
Integrating Fathom’s consolidation software for MYOB is easy, by following these simple steps:
  1. Select the green ‘Add’ button inthe upper right corner of the ‘My Companies’ page
  2. Choose ‘Company’
  3. In the menu that opens, select ‘MYOB’
  4. In the ‘MYOB AccountRight Live’ section, select ‘Connect to MYOB’.
  5. If you have multiple MYOB AccountRight Live companies, then you can select which company to import into Fathom.
The first time Fathom connects to your MYOB organisation, you must authorise Fathom to access your data from MYOB. You’ll only need to do this once for each MYOB AccountRight Live organisation.

You must be a user with the 'Administrator' role in the MYOB company in order to connect the company to Fathom.

Can I consolidate multiple MYOB accounts in Fathom?  
With Fathom’s MYOB consolidation software solution, you can bring together data from multiple sources, including multiple Xero accounts, and other integrations such as Xero, QuickBooks and Sage 50.

Single Sign On (SSO) enables you to use a single login to sign into multiple platforms.
How often is MYOB data updated in Fathom?
With Fathom MYOB integration your company data can be automatically updated from your accounting system once every 24 hours before 8 am AEST.

However, if you made changes within the source, you don't need to wait for the next day to update your data in Fathom, instead, you can go to the company's step 1 and initiate a manual update by clicking the 'Update from MYOB' button.
